I just wanted to say thank you for the way I received my dog's remains back the other day. Sierra was just 3 months shy of 16 when I lost her on Tuesday evening, 10/16, to a massive seizure. She was rushed to the ER vet where she was let go of her suffering. This dog was my everything, my bestest friend and so loved you can't even imagine. She had the biggest heart and even in her sickness and at the end, she fought to hang on. Her heart was so strong. I don't remember much that night when the folks at the emergency place said they use you now for their services. Also, when I called her second vet to let them know of her passing they had said they switched to you as well and I would be pleased with the results. I picked up my paw print gift bag with her heart paw print, her name in pink. The beautiful box with the flowers and her ashes also wrapped in paw print tissue. I just loved it! And she came back so quickly! I'm so glad she's home again, and thank you for the beautiful way she was presented. I have already recommended your services. Thanks again, Jackie Menart, and Sierra ❤

I called Karen this morning after my daughter's rescue kitten passed away. Carlee had raised Mittens from the time she was 2 weeks old after rescuing her when her mom abandoned her. Karen showed so much love and compassion towards Carlee. Set up a viewing for Carlee to say goodbye to Mittens and gave her a big hug & kind words. I can't say thank you enough for the kindness shown by Karen to my beautiful Carlee.

We lost our Patchy ( 12.5 year old Golden retriever) on 5-4-18. I called Furever Loved and spoke with them. They were very understanding that I had to call back, because I broke down so bad. I brought Patchy to the funeral home and they met me at the door and offered to help. They showed us into a viewing room, where they had a nice box waiting for him. Bob actually filled out a little bit of paperwork for me because I was struggling to fill it out (crying). He gave me all the time that I wanted with Patchy, brought me some water and Kleenex. He and Karen both gave hugs and condolences. Bob called be at 8:30 pm on Friday evening to say that Patchy was ready and I could pick him up that evening or Saturday. Bob and Karen both made it as easy as possible. I hope that I never loose another furry member of the family, but when I do I will be calling Furever Loved! Jesse P.S.
